In the course of a succession arrangement, we are looking for a leadership-strong, personally convincing, professionally competent and socially-entrepreneurial thinking leadership personality as Managing Director. You will continue to lead and further develop our foundation step by step, with moderation and consistently, within the existing, currently very stable structures, together with the Board of Trustees and the Executive Management.

Your responsibility and tasks

• Overall management of the foundation in technical, personnel, organizational and financial respects including the strategic and economic management of our diverse services
• Leadership and further development of a respectful, appreciative, motivating culture
• Ensuring high-quality socio-psychiatric care for our clients*
• Further development of the services and structures - continuing what has proven successful, enabling new things with moderation
• Active cultivation and expansion of cooperation with cantonal bodies, authorities and other partners
• Sustainable securing of the human and economic stability of our foundation including the economic further development of our revenue-relevant services

Your profile

• Proven specialist knowledge in the socio-psychiatric field at tertiary level.
• Experience in the field of socio-psychiatry or related social fields of action
• Several years of leadership and management experience in a social organization or clinic.
• High social competence and empathy
• Joy and ability to lead our foundation together with a competent executive management and thereby combine socio-psychiatric quality with economic responsibility
• Strategic thinking paired with pragmatic implementation strength
• Financial competence and entrepreneurial understanding with experience in economically supported social organizations or comparable service structures
• Knowledge of the cantonal and federal structures as well as the cantonal contact persons and funding bodies
• Integrative personality with decisiveness and pronounced communication strength
