To strengthen our Vista team at Vista Augenpraxis Aarau, we are looking for a qualified and motivated personality as a Medical Practice Assistant 40-60% With its around 35 locations and approximately 500 employees, Vista Augenpraxen & Kliniken are the largest provider of ophthalmology in Switzerland. We offer first-class medical services for our patients and set standards in the specialist disciplines of ophthalmology, eye surgery, and laser eye medicine. Our practice team ensures a customer-friendly and efficient workflow of the consultation hours. A versatile task awaits you, in which you will competently accompany our patients and actively support the doctors. Your tasks • Patient reception including individual preliminary examinations • Organization, administration, and support of the medical consultation • Appointment scheduling and organization using IT (IVA, Navision) • Administrative tasks What you bring with you • A completed training as Med.
