Mechanical Designer

• 10 juillet 2026 • 100% • Durée indéterminée • français (Intermédiaire) • 1000 Lausanne We are looking for a Mechanical Designer to support our design team in the development and continuous improvement of our products within a highly regulated industry. Your responsibilities: • 3D CAD Design: Create and maintain 3D CAD models, detailed drawings (parts, assemblies, cables, packaging, labels) as well as technical documentation associated with the products. • Analyses & Tolerance: Perform dimensional analyses and tolerance stack-up calculations to ensure that designs meet functional, manufacturing, and assembly requirements. • Engineering Change Management (ECO): Manage engineering changes by updating CAD models, drawings, Bills of Materials (BOM), and technical documentation via the technical evolution process. • Collaborative Development: Develop detailed components and assemblies in close collaboration with the Design team to support product improvement and the implementation of changes. • Electromechanical Design: Support the design and maintenance of electrical cable assemblies, including the updating of 3D models and manufacturing files. Your profile: • Bachelor (or equivalent) in mechanical design, product design, mechanics, micromechanics, or mechatronics. • More than 5 years of experience in product design for the regulated industry (pharmaceutical). • Previous experience in electronics and in the development of mechatronic systems is a major asset. • Proficiency in Solidworks 3D CAD modeling software (parts, assemblies, and drawings). • Extensive experience in creating and maintaining detailed manufacturing drawings. • Strong knowledge of geometric and dimensional tolerancing (GD&T / GPS). • Proficiency in Windchill (or a similar PDM system) for CAD document control, revision management, and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs). • Required experience with cable assembly drawings, electromechanical products, as well as packaging and labeling specifications. • Rigor, organizational skills, and strong technical documentation writing skills. • Minimum English level B2; ability to interact with multi-site, multicultural, and cross-functional teams. 1000 Lausanne
