You support the organization and execution of courses and events, participate in meetings, handle correspondence, and have both telephone and personal contact with internal and external interest groups. You work with modern communication and IT systems. During the entire apprenticeship period, you work within the same service; however, you change sections internally and discover different sectors and projects in sports promotion. In this way, you acquire solid specialist knowledge and get to know the processes within the organization in depth. Since you possess a Swiss Olympic Talent Card, you benefit from training conditions designed specifically for elite athletes. The training company helps you reconcile vocational training and competitive sports.  Your strengths are • Excellent autonomous organizational skills and reliability • Good oral and written expression skills (and at least one other cantonal language)  • Organizational skills and insight • Good communication skills and team orientation • Sense of responsibility and autonomy Requirement • Prerequisite: compulsory school completed with grades from good to very good in the main subjects • Swiss Olympic Talent Card • Member of a national/regional squad • You train in sporting disciplines for which convincing qualitative framework conditions and structures exist (discipline-specific guided training offer for at least 10 hours per week (excluding travel, races, matches, etc.) An apprenticeship at the Canton... advantageous for apprentices, advantageous for Graubünden!
