Social Pedagogue / Social Worker

We are looking for reinforcement for our small team! For a new assignment as a Social Pedagogical Family Companion for a family with a child with (early childhood) autism, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a Social Pedagogue / Social Worker (m/f/d) in hourly wage | initial workload approx. 5 %, expandable The position is particularly suitable for someone who wants to re-enter the profession gradually after a family break or who wants to work consciously with a small, flexibly planable workload. The working hours can be organized largely independently in consultation with the accompanied family. We also offer a lot of flexibility regarding the place of work: You can decide for yourself whether you work from home or – from 1 November 2026 – in our premises in Niederuzwil. Do you work appreciatively, reliably, and solution-oriented? Do you like to think along, contribute your own ideas, and are open to individual ways? Knowledge and practical experience in the field of autism – especially early childhood autism – are very welcome.
