To strengthen our team, we are looking for a service staff member for permanent employment. You are responsible for excellent guest service and meeting the needs of our customers by providing a pleasant and unforgettable gastronomic experience.
– Management of your own service station
– Warm welcome and seating of guests
– Competent advice to guests regarding food and drinks
– Taking orders and receiving special requests
– Professional serving of food and drinks
– Monitoring guest tables and ensuring cleanliness and order
– Handling complaints or requests from guests in a professional manner
– Cooperation with the kitchen to ensure a smooth flow of orders
– Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards (HACCP)
– Preparation and processing of payments

You have professional experience in the service sector and bring a deep understanding of our guests' needs. Your passion for excellent customer service and your strong service orientation distinguish you. Furthermore, you have a strong affinity for Italian cuisine and enjoy offering our guests an authentic culinary experience.
– Warm host/hostess with a strong service orientation
– Well-groomed appearance and high service orientation
– Flexibility in adapting to changing working hours, including late evenings and weekends
– Sound professional experience in a similar position
– Well-groomed and sympathetic demeanor
– German language skills required, Italian language skills and other languages are an advantage
– Resilience and flexibility, even in stressful situations
– You have the ability to adapt to a high frequency of customers
