Project Manager Construction Management

As an architectural office with around 60 employees in Basel and Zürich, we develop,

plan and realize exciting and high-quality construction projects for private

and public clients.

For our Zürich location, we are looking for you, effective immediately or by arrangement, as

Project Manager Construction Management (80-100%)

You coordinate and lead interdisciplinary planning and execution teams and achieve the specified milestones with them in cooperation with the client. Responsibility-oriented and independently, you lead our diverse construction projects through all SIA sub-phases from the feasibility study to the handover to the client. This is done in compliance with budget, deadlines and quality.

What you bring with you:

• Training as an Architect, Civil Engineer, Architectural Drafter or a manual basic training with corresponding further training
• At least 5 years of experience in Switzerland as a Project Manager, especially in realization in a comparable position with leadership responsibility
• Project management skills and integration abilities
• Empathy, assertiveness, communication and organizational strength
• Team player with high initiative, reliability and accuracy as well as a creative and forward-thinking mindset
• Confident handling of common programs for construction administration and cost planning (Messerli), schedule planning MS Project as well as Microsoft Office programs Word, Excel etc.
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
