For our service providers, we are constantly looking for machine operators to join our Neuchâtel teams.

Job Description ##

• Preparation of material and the site: Check and prepare machines and equipment before the start of work.
• Machine operation: Operate different types of machines (excavators, bulldozers, shovels, etc.) to perform specific tasks such as earthmoving or leveling.
• Compliance with plans and instructions: Follow plans, diagrams, and supervisor instructions to carry out work with precision.
• Checking machine condition: Regularly check the proper functioning of machines and perform routine maintenance.
• Safety on the construction site: Respect safety standards and ensure the safety of colleagues and the construction site during the use of equipment.
• Site management: Ensure the smooth running of operations by coordinating the use of machines with other participants.
• Preventive maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks and report any anomaly or need for machine repair.
• Repair and troubleshooting: Intervene to repair or troubleshoot equipment in case of breakdown or malfunction.
• Monitoring deadlines and quality: Ensure compliance with site deadlines and the quality of work performed with the machines.

We expect ##

• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Mandatory SUVA M1 permit, M2 is a great asset
• Experience on construction sites and good mastery of practical tasks
• Team spirit and respect for safety instructions
• Good physical condition
• Punctuality, rigor and ability to work autonomously
