To strengthen our team in the Project Management department at W18 Grenchen, we are looking for a: PROJECT MANAGER AVOR - Flexible Working Hours Your task ## • Preparation of specifications and investment requests regarding new machines and automation • You compile the industrialization budget, monitor and report on the progress of activities and projects • Planning, design and commissioning of machines while ensuring quality, deadlines and costs • Project monitoring and coordination in collaboration with internal and external partners, from ordering to acceptance in production • Technical support for internal and external partners • Participation in various projects related to optimizations and innovations of production processes and process media • You maintain a wide network of relationships with our internal and external partners to constantly suggest innovative and cost-effective solutions • You are responsible for evaluating production partners and providing the necessary basis for selecting manufacturing and assembly technologies • Search for suitable partners for the production of automation solutions and new injection molding technologies • You are the competent contact person for clarifying technical questions with customers, suppliers and employees • Preparation and implementation of project meetings and creation including updating of the project plan • Creation, maintenance and archiving of project or product documentation • Right to participate in all related areas and processes • Information and reporting of projects Your profile ## • Basic mechanical training as a toolmaker, polymechanic, plastics technologist or other equivalent training with further education as an engineer FH or technician HF with business management knowledge • Experience in project management in the industrial sector • Familiarity with common design and monitoring tools • Experience in plastics technology is a significant advantage • Safe handling of common MS-Office products • User knowledge of SAP • Strong customer orientation and high willingness to work • Reliability and flexibility • Communicative and confident appearance • Teamwork ability • Communication and conflict ability • Assertiveness • Systematic approach Language skills ## Very good German and/or French skills with good knowledge of the respective other language, English skills are an advantage Start of employment ## 01.08.2026 Contact person ## Susanna Fullin HR Business Partner Place of work Niklaus Wengistrasse 65 2540 Grenchen (Solothurn) Switzerland Company address ETA SA Manufacture Horlogère Suisse Schild-Rust-Strasse 17 2540 Grenchen Apply for this position Share this job posting • * • * *
