Our client is a modernly designed retirement and nursing home that offers its residents and tenants in the in-house senior apartments an appreciative home. The house is characterized by a person-centered nursing culture as well as a respectful working atmosphere in which professional competence and mindfulness are equally lived. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a reliable and competent personality as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ (40% - 100%).

Your tasks

• Taking over daily responsibility in the nursing department
• Demand- and need-oriented care and support of the residents
• Support in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing measures
• Collaboration in the demand-oriented classification of the residents
• Implementation of medically prescribed measures and digital documentation
• Active support and guidance of the FaGe/AGS trainees
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with various areas

Your profile

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ or Nursing Specialist HF
• Good written and spoken German skills
• Professional knowledge in the nursing field
• Appreciative and empathetic personality with communicative skills
• Joy in dealing with elderly people
• Readiness to participate in further education and training
• Sense of responsibility, team spirit, and initiative
