Your field of activity

• As a Project Manager, you accompany your timber construction project from planning to successful realization
• You assume overall responsibility for the timber construction and ensure that quality, costs, and deadlines remain in balance at all times
• You represent the interests of the timber construction competently and in a solution-oriented manner towards internal and external project participants
• You make decisions with foresight and contribute to the successful implementation of our demanding timber construction projects

Your foundation

• You have training in timber construction, civil engineering, or a comparable technical environment, as well as corresponding further education at HF/FH level or equivalent
• Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in managing construction or timber construction projects and convince through your organizational talent, your coordination strength, as well as your ability to maintain an overview even in demanding situations
• You think in networks, recognize opportunities and risks early on, and lead projects with foresight and pragmatism
• In cooperation with different specialist departments, you convince through your communication strength and your solution-oriented way of working
• Initiative, sense of responsibility, and entrepreneurial thinking round off your profile
