Architect or Building Drafter 80-100% (m/f)

The architecture firm JAMA is a small structure active in Nord vaudois for nearly 9 years.

To complete our team of about ten people, we are looking for a versatile person:

• Architect or Building Drafter (m/f)

Start date 01.02.2027
Position between 80-100% - CDI

MAIN TASKS:

• Surveys of existing houses, with laser scanning software is an advantage
• Drawing, preliminary design, building permit applications, project design, details and execution
• Measurements, monitoring of small construction sites
• Management of tenders and calls for bids

PROFILE:

• CFC building drafter with experience
• Good knowledge regarding fire prevention, AQ "2" is an advantage
• Mastery of IT tools (Messerli, MS Office, Autocad, archicad, photoshop, 3D, point cloud)
• Excellent knowledge of construction technology
• Interest and good knowledge regarding subsidies for transformations.
• Good communicator, ease of integration
• Dynamic, pragmatic, fast and rigorous
