Product Owner ERP Technologie 80-100%, work location by arrangement

The Operations division assumes the central strategic and controlling role for the technological orientation and production of SRG SSR. The ERP Technologie team ensures the stable, secure, and high-performance operation of the central technical platforms in the SAP environment. It forms the technical basis for HR, finance, and logistics processes and ensures a modern, integrated system landscape.

As Product Owner ERP Technologie, you define and prioritize the further development of these platforms together with the Product Manager. You provide functional leadership to the specialists from SAP Basis, SAP Security, and SAP Entwicklung and connect the requirements of the specialist departments with a sustainable technological orientation.

This is your contribution ####

In the Operations division, you will commit yourself as a Product Owner in the ERP Technologie product team to the following topics:

• Functional leadership of the team in the areas of SAP Basis, SAP Security, and SAP Entwicklung, as well as ensuring coordinated planning and prioritization of tasks
• Alignment of the operation and further development of the SAP platforms with the product strategy, business requirements, and the requirements for security, stability, and performance
• Clarification of technical and functional requirements with stakeholders, as well as maintenance and prioritization of the Product Backlog, taking into account dependencies, risks, and available capacities
• Joint design and communication of product vision, goals, and roadmap with the Product Manager, as well as coordination of implementation with adjacent product teams and external partners
• Ensuring reliable operation together with the team, including the processing of Service Requests, Incidents, Problems, and Changes, as well as compliance with agreed Service Levels
• Coordination of Releases, Deployments, and technical lifecycle measures, as well as promoting standardization, automation, and continuous improvement of the SAP system landscape

This is how you inspire us ####

• At least five years, ideally eight years or more, of professional experience in the SAP technology environment, particularly in SAP Basis, SAP Entwicklung, or SAP Berechtigungen. You know SAP S/4HANA and the SAP ecosystem, including adjacent solutions, and bring experience with On-Premise and Cloud landscapes
• Experience in the functional leadership and coordination of technical specialists, as well as the ability to provide orientation and set common priorities
• Experience in the steering and further development of products or services, as well as in Product Backlog Management and in the prioritization of complex requirements
• Knowledge in IT Service Management as well as in Change, Release, and Deployment coordination; understanding of availability, performance, permissions, and technical security requirements
• Strong communication and moderation skills, a customer-oriented way of working, as well as an understanding of governance, quality, and continuous improvement
• Very good knowledge of a national language as well as German or French at least at level B1; English skills at least at level B1 are an advantage
