You have initial experience in HR administration and enjoy operational missions? This position is made for you!
On behalf of our client, a dynamic and innovative company located in the Jura region, we are looking for an HR Generalist at 60-100%. The start date is to be agreed upon.
Your tasks at your new employer
You ensure the administrative management of personnel, from the entry to the exit of employees
You manage salaries, social insurances and ensure compliance with legal obligations
You are the preferred interlocutor for HR questions from employees and external partners
You actively participate in the improvement and optimization of HR processes
You contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and projects
You offer to your new employer
You benefit from initial experience in HR administrative management, with a good understanding of payroll management
You hold a commercial training or an equivalent diploma, with a complement in human resources
You perfectly master French orally and in writing
You master common HR tools and have a real interest in new technologies
You are motivated to invest yourself in the long term
