Station Manager / Station Manager Surgery 80 - 100% Luzern

As a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH, you will take over the professional, personnel, and organizational management of a surgical nursing station in Luzern. With a workload of 80 to 100 %, you will lead your team in everyday clinical practice, specifically develop employees, and help shape a station whose processes, roles, and cooperation are currently being further developed. The permanent position is available immediately or by arrangement and is aimed at experienced nursing professionals who wish to combine acute care with clear and present leadership. What awaits you in this responsible task • Leadership and organization of a surgical nursing station • Ensuring professional, warm, and high-quality care • Presence in everyday nursing with professional guidance and support for employees and trainees • Identifying potentials as well as participation in projects, process optimizations, and new concepts • Active participation in digital developments and interprofessional cooperation What you bring with you • Completed training as a dipl.
