With your expertise in nursing or geriatric care and your winning manner, you are an important support for the residents of our nursing home.

As a regional hospital/acute care hospital with emergency services, a nursing home, and Spitex, we are responsible for the basic medical care of the Davos population and guests. For the night watch in our nursing home Alberti, we are looking for, by arrangement, a

Healthcare Professional EFZ Long-term Care for Night Watch (50-90%) ##

Your area of responsibility

• Joyful and appreciative care and nursing of the residents of our nursing home during the night
• Watchful eye on the well-being of the residents during the night and use of the correct nursing procedures as needed
• Ensuring precise and complete electronic nursing documentation
• Making responsible decisions in demanding situations
• Primary contact person in emergency situations for residents, relatives, and the medical staff

Your profile

• Completed training as a Healthcare Professional EFZ or equivalent training with SRK recognition
• Sound professional knowledge and several years of professional experience in long-term care to master the special requirements at night competently and with calm
• Independence, sense of responsibility, and flexibility
• Very good oral and written German skills
• High social competence, enthusiasm, and commitment to working with the residents
• Calmness, empathy, and the ability to act safely and deliberately alone
• A heart for elderly people and their stories
