Your new position

• Management of complex projects from idea to deployment and ensuring a successful market entry as well as smooth functioning throughout the product life cycle
• Responsibility, with business experts and sales, for business requirements, processes and validations, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards
• Promotion of the continuous development of our payment products and examination of new technologies and business models
• Stakeholder management, close collaboration with internal and external partners as well as regular reporting on status, milestones and challenges
• Monitoring of market trends, customer needs and competition, early detection of opportunities and risks as well as design of solutions providing tangible added value to our clientele

What we benefit from

• Several years of experience in product management, ideally in payments or banking, with solid expertise in product development, lifecycle management and project management (classic and agile).
• Very good understanding of economic contexts, as well as market, customer and regulatory requirements in payments
• In-depth knowledge of modern payment solutions and services such as EBICS, Instant Payments, bLink, TWINT, E- & Mobile Banking as well as other payment applications.
• Developed analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in moderation, presentation, workshops and quality management.
• Excellent communication skills, confidence and pleasure in working in cross-functional teams with various stakeholders.
• Great personal initiative, sense of responsibility and reliability, combined with flexibility, openness to change, a structured working method and very good command of German (English is an asset).
