These are your tasks:
In this function, you act as the interface between our products, services and our clientele in real estate management. As a front-line employee, in addition to competent advice, the maintenance and expansion of our business relationships are at the center of your activity. You represent our products and services for consumption-dependent energy and water cost billing as well as the associated app and monitoring solutions. This also includes independent appointment scheduling and administration of work in the home office. In your daily work, you will be supported by our motivated team and most modern working tools.
This is what you bring with you:
Completed basic training in building technology supplemented by commercial experience
Further education and/or experience in real estate management is an advantage
Experience in field service
Likeable, communicative personality with a well-groomed appearance and high customer orientation
Reliability and a structured, independent way of working
Stylistically confident German skills in speaking and writing
Your place of residence is located in the area of activity
