Your profile

• Completed vocational training in hotel management or an equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in the spa and wellness sector, ideally in a luxury environment
• Service-oriented and friendly demeanor
• English as well as German or French, both written and spoken; additional languages are an asset
• Polished manners and a well-groomed appearance
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Passion for providing exceptional guest experiences

Your tasks

• Welcome spa guests and provide support before and after treatments
• Handle reservations, offer consultations, and sell various treatment options
• Manage daily correspondence and respond to inquiries promptly
• Perform general administrative tasks to support spa operations
• Oversee and sell products in the spa’s own shop
• Record and account for all services provided, followed by daily reconciliation
• Assist in and ensure the daily preparation and maintenance of the spa area
