Information and Communication Technician

Today, obtaining a new large-scale mandate and the arrival of an important client are leading us to strengthen our field team. In this context of growth and in order to complete this committed and creative team, we are looking for a versatile technician.

YOUR ROLE
You participate in the various activities of the technical and IT department, with a versatile and operational approach.

Reporting to the technical manager, your main missions will be as follows:

• Ensure the installation, commissioning and configuration of our digital screens at client sites
• Respond to assistance requests, diagnose faults and guide users remotely or on-site
• Participate in cross-functional projects in collaboration with the various departments of the company.

YOUR PROFILE

• Versatile person with a driver's license
• Experience or ease with IT.
• Sense of organization, rigor and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Ease with installation tools.
• Fluent French, another language would be a plus.
• Team spirit, excellent communication and sense of customer service.
• Conscientious, open-minded, autonomous and structured personality.
• Good stress management and sense of priorities.
