Already in the second generation, we produce handmade meat and sausage specialties using traditional recipes for butcher shops, gastronomy, and retail. We employ around 80 employees at three locations (Stallikon-Zürich-Chur).
To strengthen our team, we are looking for you in Stallikon immediately or by arrangement.

Sole Cook EFZ / EBA 80–100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Preparation and cooking of dishes and desserts according to the menu plan
• Production of various food items such as Spätzli, dip sauces, and catering salads for our retail store
• Preparation of breakfast and lunch for our employees
• Goods receipt and storage
• Assignments at our BBQ caterings in the summer months
• Ensuring production, quality, and hygiene standards according to HACCP

Your profile

• You are a trained cook, butcher, or have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Very good German language skills
• Positive thinking, motivation, resilience, reliability, and flexibility characterize you
• You work independently and precisely
• You possess a Category B driver's license
