Team Leader Residential 80 - 100%

Type of work

• In this function, you will take on a responsible role in the further development of processes and actively contribute your leadership skills
• You lead a team consisting of employees, apprentices as well as interns and ensure professional and technically sound leadership
• In doing so, you also work situationally in care and remain close to the operational activities
• Respectful cooperation, a high quality standard as well as flexibility and spontaneity characterize your daily work

Requirement profile

• You have a degree in a pedagogical or social specialty at FH or HF level
• Ideally, you already have leadership experience, whether in personnel management or in the guidance of learners and employees. Alternatively, you are motivated to undergo further training in the field of leadership
• Supporting adults as well as maintaining their abilities and a meaningful design of their everyday life according to individual needs gives you joy
• You are familiar with key worker work, case management as well as cooperation with internal and external specialist agencies and naturally integrate these tasks into your daily work
• You enjoy working in a team and bring the willingness to develop solutions together for demanding situations
• Additionally, you are flexible and reliably ensure care 365 days a year.
