• lead the Timber Construction department team and specifically develop your employees
• are responsible for day-to-day operations and customer satisfaction and actively participate in day-to-day operations
• independently create the budget for turnover and DB1
• support the field service operationally in daily work
• advise our customers by telephone and in person – competently and solution-oriented
• independently gain an overview of new products and analyze market developments
• take on general tasks related to consultation and order processing

You have/are…

• completed a commercial or carpenter apprenticeship EFZ
• professional experience in the timber trade or demonstrable experience in sales back office
• a sales personality with maker qualities and proven leadership experience
• sympathetic, convincing and with the right intuition for customers with a strong sales appearance and clear communication
• have a handle on the common Office programs, BC is an advantage
