Tasks

• Technical and personnel management of a technology and service team
• Organization and optimization of processes in support and technical customer service
• Ensuring consistently high quality of products and services
• Support and ongoing maintenance of technical documentation
• Conception and implementation of internal training for employees
• Cooperation with adjacent areas for continuous improvement

Profile

• A completed basic technical education, supplemented by higher vocational training
• Solid leadership experience in a technical environment with service technicians
• Experience in after sales of devices and machines
• Very good user knowledge in MS Office
• Proficient German in speaking and writing; French or Italian is an advantage
• You convince through a structured way of working, technical competence, and a confident appearance
• Valid driver's license Cat. B
