Job Description

To complete the team of the Methods & Industrialization department, the Manufacture d'Horlogerie Audemars Piguet SA, Meyrin branch, is looking for a Setter (Toolmaker).

In this context:

• You will be in charge of manufacturing various tools on 408S2 Willemin Macodel with Fanuc control and on schaublin 102 lathe
• Your mission will be to program your tools via Alphacam software
• You will ensure the dimensional control of machined parts. You will be able to read and perform plan searches on Vault
• You will also ensure the production and fine-tuning of jigs and manufacturing tools. In this capacity, you will ensure the quality delivered to the workshops and report any potential plan evolutions. You will also be required to produce tools using 3D printing
• You will intervene in the workshops to fine-tune and set up the tools
• You will participate proactively in the deployment of improvement ideas on tools, processes and production, as well as in the industrialization of new products
• You will therefore work in close collaboration with industrialization agents and production workshops

Qualifications

• Holding a CFC in Micromechanics or an equivalent title, you justify at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the watchmaking field
• Autonomous in CNC machining, rigorous and organized, you are a person who demonstrates initiative with a strong orientation towards customer satisfaction. Your ability to adapt allows you to integrate quickly into a team
• You possess interpersonal skills and are able to exchange and collaborate with your colleagues and the various production workshops as well as with your counterparts from other manufactures in the group
