Technical Business Analyst \- Avaloq Expert (F/H/X) Responsibilities: Collect, analyze and challenge business needs related to Finance processes. Write functional and technical specifications in an Agile context. Design high-performance, scalable technical solutions that meet business requirements. Participate in the development, maintenance and evolution of Avaloq applications. Guarantee the quality of technical designs and compliance with development standards. Contribute to the deployment of new application versions. Provide level 3 support by analyzing incidents and proposing sustainable solutions. Document technical and functional evolutions. Promote development and architecture best practices within the team. Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure project success. What we are looking for: Degree in computer science (EPFL or equivalent training). Minimum 5 years of experience in Avaloq development. Excellent mastery of Avaloq technical modules and components. Solid skills in PL/SQL, Liquibase and database access tools. Good understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum experience being an asset. Ability to work autonomously while fully assuming your responsibilities. Analytical mind, sense of quality and solution orientation. Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Codex, Claude Code or equivalent) is a plus. Excellent communication in French and English, both oral and written. Swiss residence mandatory. Certifications appreciated: Avaloq Certified Professional (ACP) or equivalent Avaloq certification. ITIL Foundation. CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or business analysis certification. PMI\-PBA or requirements management certification. ISTQB Foundation (functional testing).
