For our customer in Freienbach, we are looking for a Chemical Laboratory Technician: Adhesive Development 100%

Main Responsibilities
The focus is on the independent development, manufacture, and testing of adhesive formulations for the automotive industry, especially for applications in electromobility. The focus is on semi-structural and structural adhesives, thermally conductive adhesive technologies, and thermal interface materials.

• Development, mixing, and optimization of adhesive formulations
• Testing and performance evaluation according to customer specifications
• Support with scale-up, manufacturing, and market launch
• Documentation and evaluation of test and project results
• Evaluation of product prototypes and participation in product specifications
• Collaboration with customers, project management, production, and account management

Your Profile
Completed training as a laboratory technician, ideally specializing in chemistry or a related technical field

English and German language skills are required, further language skills are welcome

Independent and motivated personality with strong communication skills and high stakeholder orientation

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office is an essential requirement for project documentation and the use of AI applications

Carrying out all practical work in full compliance with company-specific standards for environment, health, and safety
