For our client, an established family business from the Solothurn region, we are looking for a highly motivated Head of Packaging and Order Picking. In this responsible position, you will lead a small team and ensure a smooth process in the processing and delivery of products.

Job Description

• Leadership and organization of the packaging and order picking
• Packaging and labeling of meat and sausage products manufactured in-house
• Creating delivery assemblies as well as recording orders and timely preparation
• Goods ordering and disposition
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)

Requirement Profile

• Education and/or experience in the food industry
• Experience in handling meat and sausage products is an advantage
• Enjoyment of teamwork and collegial interaction
• Organizational and leadership competence as well as being a team player, friendly, motivated, and reliable
• Structured way of working and consistent compliance with hygiene regulations when handling food
• Flexible and independent, with own vehicle
• Willingness to work early hours
• very good German required
