Machine Operator Sheet Metal Processing

For our customer ? a well-known and innovative specialist for high-quality housing technology and industrial electronics ? we are looking for a motivated machine operator (m/f/d). In this role, you are a central component of production: You operate state-of-the-art sheet metal processing machines and ensure that precise components for demanding housing and control cabinet solutions are created from raw sheet metal. Your main tasks Machine Operation & Setup: Independent operation, setup, and configuration of CNC-controlled bending machines as well as combined punching-laser machines. Parts Production: Precise production of individual parts and small series from steel, stainless steel, and aluminum for a versatile product portfolio (including outdoor housings, control cabinets, kiosk systems, server and network cabinets as well as customized special housings). Quality Assurance: Independent quality control of the manufactured parts using common measuring tools to ensure high quality standards. Process Optimization: Monitoring the production process, resolving minor malfunctions, and participating in the continuous optimization of processing processes. Maintenance & Care: Carrying out regular inspection and maintenance work on the machines assigned to you according to the maintenance plan. Qualifications Education & Experience: Completed basic training in the metal or industrial sector – e.g., as a plant and apparatus builder, metalworker, production mechanic, or sheet metal worker. Experienced machine operators without a specific vocational qualification are also very welcome. Expertise: Initial experience in sheet metal processing or in the operation of corresponding CNC machines is ideal. Way of Working: Exact, reliable, and quality-conscious way of working as well as enjoyment in working with state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies. Language Skills: Good German skills in speaking and writing for understanding manufacturing drawings and work instructions.
