Requirement profile ##

• Completed training as a healthcare professional EFZ
• Experience in long-term care and in daily responsibility
• Independent, responsible and team-oriented way of working
• High social competence and resilience

Tasks ##

• Holistic care and support of the residents according to the nursing process
• Support in demanding nursing situations and in daily life organization
• Cooperation with nursing professionals as well as interdisciplinary teams
• Documentation of the services provided in the electronic system
• Shared responsibility for the quality of life and the well-being of the residents
