Job description:

• Complete rental and administrative management of a private real estate portfolio
• Establishment of leases and addenda and monitoring of deadlines
• Processing of rent decreases, increases and indexations
• Processing of terminations and letting of accommodations
• Direct contact with our owners, tenants, concierges and partners

Your profile:

• Able to justify at least one year of activity in a real estate agency in Switzerland
• Recognized training (USPI, APGCI or equivalent) would be a plus
• Great writing skills
• Equipped with great motivation as well as excellent organization
• Ability to anticipate and plan. Good resistance to stress
• Customer service oriented and provided with listening skills and empathy
• Master usual IT tools, knowledge of Quorum represents an asset
• Excellent command of French with knowledge of English
• Motivated to join a cohesive and competent team
• Ready to take on a challenge with the idea of committing long term
