Join the Fondation des Maisons de Retraite du district d-Aigle, a human institution of 240 collaborators managing 190 beds and 28 places in a Centre d'Accueil Temporaire (CAT). A major health player in the Chablais vaudois, our foundation is constantly evolving, notably with the construction of a new establishment in Bex planned for 2028. Your missions

Organize and provide personalized care and support: Plan and perform basic and medico-technical care within your scope of competence, promoting the autonomy and well-being of the resident.

Organize and coordinate care activities: Participate in the daily organization of work and team coordination, in collaboration with the nurse.

Assess needs and ensure continuity of care: Identify the physical, psychological, and social needs of the resident, adapt support, and guarantee the transmission of information as well as the proper maintenance of the resident's file.

Perform medico-delegated acts: Perform medico-technical acts within your field of competence and your job description.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team: Work in close collaboration with different professionals to ensure coherent and coordinated care.

Required profile

• Interest in the elderly: Marked interest in geriatrics and psychogeriatrics; first experience in an EMS is an asset.
• Professional posture: Calm, listening, kindness, sense of responsibility, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Organization and autonomy: Ability to organize and prioritize work, show initiative, and contribute to the daily coordination of care.
• Adaptability and team spirit: Capacity for analysis, adaptation, and collaboration within an interdisciplinary team, including in the face of complex care situations.
• Digital skills: Mastery of institutional IT tools and ease in maintaining the computerized resident file (DIR/Carefolio).

Level of education

CFC d'Assistant·e en soins et santé communautaire (ASSC) required or recognition of an equivalent foreign diploma issued by the Croix-Rouge suisse (CRS). FEE training: a major asset.
