Additionally, you support the Lupfig AG branch occasionally with recruitments, employee appraisals, and administrative HR topics. You handle the entire recruitment process in close cooperation with the line management. You support the line management and employees on HR-relevant topics as well as on legal questions and assist them with employee appraisals You look after and advise long-term absentees due to illness and accident You work closely with HR at the headquarters and carry out tasks in connection with occupational health management (BGM) You perform the payroll preparations and mutations for the headquarters and are responsible for working time management at your location You organize and coordinate employee events In this all-round function, you support the branch manager with further administrative tasks in the transport/logistics sector.
