Through cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders throughout the company, you will play a decisive role in shaping sustainability planning. What awaits you? * You are the central point of contact for all topics related to sustainability and ensure a consistent overview of all initiatives and their status in the ESG area. * You are responsible for the continuous improvement of the ESG roadmap, orienting yourself towards best practices. * You ensure the timely reporting of the relevant ESG data. * You manage internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of all measures. * You are part of the central ESG community of the BMW Group. * You continuously inform yourself about ESG regulations, trends and industry benchmarks. How can you impress us? * Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, Economics or a related field and at least 3 years of experience, preferably in the financial services or automotive industry. * Proven ESG expertise acquired through formal education or previous professional experience. * Sound knowledge and experience in the development and implementation of sustainability strategies, policies and programs. * Strong project management skills to navigate in the dynamic business environment. * Innovative mindset and passion for implementing new ideas and promoting organizational change. * Ability to succeed under pressure and proven commitment to achieving results. * Excellent communication and cooperation skills as well as fluent language skills in English and German.
