For our client, a human-sized fiduciary located in the Morges region, we are looking for a Mandate Manager at 80–100%. Specializing in the accounting, tax, and financial support of companies and individuals, this structure notably offers services in accounting management, preparation of annual accounts, payroll management, tax consulting, and outsourced financial management. Composed of a small team, the fiduciary prioritizes personalized support for its clientele and relies on modern digital tools to facilitate administrative and financial management.

Your tasks at your new employer

• You autonomously manage a portfolio of fiduciary mandates
• You ensure the maintenance and closing of accounts
• You prepare annual accounts and VAT returns
• You prepare tax returns for individuals and legal entities
• You take charge of payroll and social security management
• You advise and support your clients on their accounting and tax questions

You offer your new employer

• You benefit from several years of experience in fiduciary and are autonomous in mandate management
• You have training in accounting, ideally completed by a federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting
• You perfectly master French, both spoken and written
• You are comfortable with accounting IT tools, ideally Crésus, Odoo, Abacus or Winbiz
• You demonstrate rigor, organization, and a good sense of customer service
