Group Leader Horticulture & Garden Maintenance ##

Tasks ###

As a Group Leader, you structure and accompany the work assignments in the field of horticulture and garden maintenance. In doing so, you take into account the health possibilities and personal resources of the employees (clients). Promoting the independence of the employees (clients) is an important concern for you.

Requirement Profile ###

• Resilient, practice-oriented personality with high social competence, teamwork skills, and an appreciative attitude
• Training as a landscape gardener and professional experience in the field of garden maintenance and garden transformations
• Enjoy accompanying employees (clients) in everyday work
• Willingness to actively pitch in yourself
• Confident handling of the tension between a protected workplace and the scheduling and qualitative requirements of the clients
• Driving license category B
• Minimum age: 25 years

Ideally, you already possess training in work agogics or are willing to complete the training alongside your employment.
