Since 2019, MotionLab has established itself as a reference center in Switzerland, entirely dedicated to health and sports performance. We bring together sports doctors, physiotherapists, nutritionists and experts, with state-of-the-art equipment.
In 2024, MotionLab joined Swiss Medical Network, the leader in private health in Switzerland (21 clinics, 60+ outpatient centers). This integration strengthens our link with the Clinique de Montchoisi, an emblematic establishment in the heart of Lausanne, renowned for its excellence in orthopedics, ophthalmology, ENT and radiology.
From 2026, MotionLab has taken over the management of the physiotherapy centers of the Montchoisi and Genolier clinics in order to offer even more direct access to our patients and athletes.
Job description
As a senior sports physiotherapist, you will be required to:
Define care standards (protocols, internal guidelines)
Guarantee the quality and consistency of treatments within the team
Manage complex / chronic cases / therapeutic failures
Be a clinical reference for specific pathologies (e.g.: ACL, shoulder, return to sport)
Actively participate in the mentoring of junior physiotherapists
Contribute to the creation and development of a professional network
Contribute to project management related to the center's services
Participate in the development of the network clinical activity, new offers, visibility)
Be involved in team management
Take charge of outpatient patients (musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological)
Perform functional evaluations and performance tests
Ensure coordination with prescribing physicians
Qualifications
Your profile
Swiss physiotherapist diploma or equivalent recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
Proven experience in the outpatient and musculoskeletal field (min 5 years)
Additional training in sports physiotherapy
Natural leadership and a taste for transmitting knowledge
Interest in project management and business development
Autonomy, rigor, team spirit and flexibility
Strong interest in innovation and multidisciplinarity
