Your mission

You are a very structured, reliable and quality-oriented Bid Manager, capable of driving complex offers from end to end in an ICT/services environment.

You take full responsibility for the Bid phase, from the analysis of the call for tenders to the final validation of the offer. You act as the single point of contact during the proposal development phase and you coordinate all internal and external stakeholders.

• Analysis of calls for tenders: client requirements, project scope, pricing model
• Steering and coordination of the internal Bid team: sales, legal, consultants, architects, engineers
• Coordination of external stakeholders: clients, partners, suppliers
• Monitoring of quality gates: quality control, compliance and validation at key Bid stages
• Preparation of the offer: support to sales and account management teams
• Organization of reviews: risk analysis, review and validation of the offer
• Definition of the offer presentation framework: storyline, content, structure
• Organization of preparation meetings: ensuring a polished and effective proposal presentation
• Final control of the offer: proofreading, challenging the content, consistency, structure and formatting

Your profile

• Higher education at university / high school level, ideally Master's
• Several years of experience in the field of ICT solutions, capacity for understanding and coordination
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss public markets, including mastery of SIMAP procedures and full management of public calls for tenders.
• Management of complexity, risk/quality management and commercial coordination
• Ability to take leadership, supervise, manage, lead and advise team members throughout the phases of the call for tenders
• Certification: APMP Certified - Association of Proposal Management Professionals, an asset
• Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills
• Very good knowledge of French and English. German is an asset
• Place of work: Satigny or Bussigny
