Technician / Drafter specializing in architecture ----------------------------------------------------- The position offers the opportunity to participate in diverse and demanding construction projects. As part of a dynamic company that realizes residential, commercial, and infrastructure buildings, you will independently take responsibility for the creation of project and execution plans. You will support the entire planning and implementation process, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute significantly to the timely and high-quality processing of projects. Your main tasks: • Independent processing of demanding project and execution planning • Collaboration on exciting residential, commercial, and infrastructure buildings • Support in the planning and implementation of construction projects from conception to commissioning • Close cooperation and contact maintenance with clients, specialist planners, and authorities • Creation of detail plans, coordination of interfaces, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations Your profile: • Completed training as Techniker/in HF or Zeichner/in EFZ specializing in architecture • Very good IT skills, especially profound experience with ArchiCAD (or comparable BIM/CAD tools) • Good knowledge of construction technology, applicable laws, standards, and permit procedures • Professional experience in a similar position is an advantage • Teamwork skills, creativity, strong communication skills, and a high sense of responsibility • German language skills in speaking and writing; further language skills are an advantage A versatile and varied activity awaits you with high individual responsibility, good development opportunities, as well as attractive employment conditions including performance-related remuneration and social benefits.
