We are looking for qualified reinforcement per sofort for our customer in the Oberwil region as: Workshop Manager (a) 100 % Your tasks • Technical and personnel leadership as well as further development of our workshop team • Independent organization and coordination of the entire workshop operation • Planning of employee assignments and workshop appointments • Active participation in day-to-day business • Recording, processing and billing of workshop orders in the operating system including invoicing • Creation and processing of offers • Management of spare parts as well as consumables and operating materials • Independent procurement and purchase of spare parts, consumables and operating materials • Optimization of work processes and ensuring efficient workshop operation What you bring with you • Completed training as a construction machinery, agricultural machinery or truck mechanic • Several years of sound professional experience in a workshop operation • Leadership experience as well as enjoyment in promoting, guiding and developing employees • Independent, reliable and structured way of working • Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility • Strong communication and team-oriented personality • Good physical resilience and enjoyment of practical work • Proficient German in spoken and written form Do you have questions?
