How does one manage to turn a vehicle configuration into a true luxury experience and not just advise customers, but inspire them stylistically and guide them securely through a multitude of design, material, and individualization options?

For our client in the exclusive premium and luxury automobile segment in Baar (ZG), we are looking for a style- and design-oriented personality who will take on exactly this task with passion. In this newly created key role, you will combine aesthetic sensibility with sales understanding, empathize with demanding customers, and accompany them from the first impulse to the final order with the highest quality of consultation and service.

Tasks

• Individual consultation of customers during vehicle configuration with a focus on design, style, and personalization
• Accompanying the entire process from the initial consultation to the final order
• Presentation and recommendation of colors, materials, leather options, and other individualization possibilities
• Compilation of aesthetically and technically coherent vehicle configurations taking manufacturer specifications into account
• Visualization of configurations using digital tools as well as comprehensible preparation for customers
• Ensuring a first-class and brand-appropriate customer experience in the luxury segment
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships with a high service orientation
• Close cooperation with sales as well as internal specialist departments
• Checking technical feasibility and coordinating special requests
• Recording and maintaining customer and order data as well as full processing of order entry
• Monitoring ongoing orders and coordinating adjustments during production preparation
• Organization and implementation of exclusive consultation appointments and events
• Professional handling of international, demanding clientele including occasional accompaniment to specialized appointments abroad

Profile

• Experience in sales or consulting in the luxury segment, for example fashion, jewelry, watches, or premium automotive
• Strong sense of style, colors, materials, and design
• High customer orientation and enjoyment in dealing with demanding clientele
• Confident appearance with a representative radiance
• Organizational strength as well as an exact and structured way of working
• Interest in technical contexts and willingness to master complex product configurations
• Very good German and English skills, other languages an advantage (Italian, French,...)
• Affinity for exclusive brands and high-quality products
• Passion for individual solutions and high-quality consultation
