In this key position, you are responsible for the health insurance department with seven employees, shape the department strategy, and participate in day-to-day operations. Together with the EGK-Gesundheitskasse, you ensure the partnership-based support of the customer portfolio and contribute to cross-departmental organizational development. In addition, you lead and develop your employees, control sales activities, and ensure smooth operations. Ideally, for this task, you bring experience as a Team or Agency Manager in a similar environment. Sound training in the insurance sector (including VBV certification) as well as several years of professional and leadership experience in health or personal insurance are an advantage. You are familiar with the regulated environment of the healthcare sector and, as a sparring partner within the Executive Board, contribute to the strategic further development of the SAEKK. With good foreign language skills (especially ösisch), high social competence, and an entrepreneurial mindset, you create customer proximity.
