To lead our site in Court, specializing in Swiss-turning and employing approximately 60 collaborators, we are looking for an Industrial Site Manager.

Industrial Site Manager (M/F/X) 100%

Your mission :
Reporting to the Division Director, you ensure the direction of the site and its operational performance. You unite the teams around demanding objectives of quality, deadline, and profitability, in order to increase operational performance while developing a culture of responsibility, collaboration, and continuous improvement close to the field.

Your main tasks and responsibilities :

• Deploy operational excellence methodologies (continuous improvement, Lean, SMED, visual management), mobilize teams around their ownership, and optimize yields (OEE) while reducing scrap;
• Define, implement, and monitor key performance indicators, analyze variances and cost prices, propose budgets, and lead the necessary action plans;
• Supervise, plan, and coordinate manufacturing flows;
• Guarantee the performance, maintenance, and technological evolution of equipment;
• Supervise, grow, and empower the workshop teams; support local managers, strengthen versatility, and develop skills.

Your training and skills :

• Higher technical training ES/HES or equivalent, in a field related to mechanics or industrial production;
• Proven experience in the direction of an industrial site or production unit, with direct responsibility for teams, operational results, and change management; experience in Swiss-turning, mechanics, or microtechnology constitutes an important asset.
• Proficiency with ERPs and production tracking software (MES).
• You unite teams, promote dialogue, and create a climate of trust and equity through your listening and clear communication;
• A field manager, you set priorities, make decisions in demanding situations, and support teams through change.
