Your challenge ## • Consulting and sales of the preanalytics product portfolio to customers and interested parties in private medical laboratories, clinical laboratories, and blood donation services in German-speaking Switzerland • Deepening long-term customer relationships as well as portfolio expansion with existing customers • Expanding market position through the acquisition of new customers • Planning and conducting presentations, product tests, and user training for specialist staff in cooperation with the application specialist • Independent management of the sales territory and sales opportunities • Collaboration in the development of the sales and marketing strategy including subsequent implementation • Efficient reporting and master data maintenance in the CRM system • Handling of complaints and reclamations • Participation in congresses and trade fairs Your profile ## • Enthusiastic, entrepreneurial personality with high self-motivation • Strong customer and service orientation • Experience in field service (Medtech, IVD, Pharma) including proof of success, experience in preanalytics is an advantage • Completed training in nursing, as BMA or MPA • German native language, good English and French skills Our offer ## Are you an experienced sales personality with an entrepreneurial spirit and want to make a tangible difference in the Swiss healthcare system?
