As Store Manager and Master Optician, you will lead the store in Freiburg with optical expertise, attitude, and a genuine sense for people. You will lead your team, strengthen the store, and create a place where consultation feels personal and design speaks clearly.

You do not lead from above, but by being present: precise, calm, reliable.

• Lead the store operationally and professionally – clear, structured, approachable.
• Take responsibility for sales figures and create monthly reports.
• Be the expert for all optical topics in the store.
• Perform eye tests and analyze correction values precisely.
• Advise customers honestly and stylishly – optically and aesthetically.
• Perform manual adjustments directly in the store.
• Keep processes in flow: orders, inventory, product presentation.
• Contribute ideas that move the team and store forward – step by step.
• Completed training or studies as a Master Optician.
• Experience in sales – ideally in fashion, design, or high-quality products.
• Initial leadership experience or the clarity to consciously take this step.
• Enthusiasm for glasses, design, and consultation at eye level.
• Sales talent with a focus on long-term customer satisfaction.
• Team player: reliable, open, precise.
• Fluent German; English is a plus.
