What you can contribute

• Lead the Controlling organizational unit in terms of technology, organization, and personnel
• Be responsible for the budgeting, planning, and financial management of the OFCL
• Prepare the message regarding the budget and annual accounts
• Develop and optimize cost accounting as well as controlling instruments
• Manage and coordinate IT management control (CGIO)
• Lead projects aimed at optimizing and digitizing controlling processes

What makes you unique

• Higher education or training in finance or business administration
• Proven professional experience of several years
• Goal and result orientation
• Willingness to handle complex issues in a manner adapted to the target audience and solution-oriented
• Deep knowledge of planning and management instruments and methods; knowledge of the federal administration is an asset
• Solid generalist profile and experience in the field of public procurement
• Good knowledge of two official languages and passive knowledge of the third
