Your tasks

• The specialist activity in the area of sea freight import as well as the corresponding processing according to territory and task distribution are part of your area of responsibility
• As a manager, you continuously promote and develop the team and ensure high technical quality
• Regular contact with customers as well as with our international network is also an important part of your activity
• Your area of responsibility also includes dossier control and monitoring, invoicing, and cost-benefit analysis
• Furthermore, you prepare offers and actively support the implementation of the Sieber QM standard

Our requirements

• A basic commercial training as a freight forwarding agent (Speditionskaufmann/-frau), completed further training at the level of Higher Professional Examination, as well as proven professional and demonstrated leadership experience in a comparable position are required
• Proven experience in successful customer care as well as in the establishment and development of new customers rounds off your professional profile
• Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing are required; any further foreign language is an advantage
• As a team player, you convince with friendly and customer-oriented manners as well as a professional appearance
