To develop its turnover in Suisse romande, it is looking for a Business Developer / a Business Developer – Construction and real estate at 100%, on a permanent contract.

Your tasks at your new employer

• You actively prospect the market and identify new clients, markets, and projects to conquer
• You detect high-potential construction, renovation, and design projects upstream and develop the specification of this company
• You develop solid relationships with decision-makers, specifiers, and commercial partners and represent this company in an active and professional manner on the market
• You conduct meetings and negotiations until the closing of business
• You sustainably and profitably develop turnover and achieve the set turnover and margin objectives
• You ensure market, competition, and new project monitoring
• You ensure structured follow-up of opportunities, visits, and actions in the CRM
• You participate in client events and professional exhibitions

You offer your new employer

• You demonstrate successful experience in B2B business development in construction in Switzerland
• You have a solid professional network in Suisse romande, particularly among architects
• You have an excellent knowledge of the Romand economic fabric and decision-making processes
• You have a strong developer temperament: prospecting, opening doors, negotiation, and closing
• You are autonomous, organized, persevering, and results-oriented
• You hold a driver's license
• You have technical training in construction, ideally in carpentry or cabinet making
• You are proficient in French, German is a plus
• You ideally master standard IT tools and CRM
