Your Role You are responsible for the long-term financial direction of our growing cooperative and, together with the specialist departments, ensure effective controlling. Your Tasks Finance Strategy & Refinancing You develop and manage the long-term financial strategy and liquidity planning across existing and development projects. You carry out refinancings, secure loans and financing and operate active risk management – especially with a view to development projects. Controlling, Reporting & Data Management You are responsible for controlling, reporting and compliance (incl. IKS) – conceptually and steeringly. You are responsible for the conception and management of evaluations and reports as well as the data quality of the finance-relevant master data in the ERP system (ABACUS) and work closely with the accounting department. Real Estate Controlling in interaction with property management You work closely with the Real Estate Management specialist department, contribute financial steering and modeling and provide the finance and controlling perspective on the cost-rent model, operating rate and investment planning in existing properties. Contact Person & Interface You are a trusted contact person internally (Board, Management Team, Staff, Property Management, Commissions, Tenants) and externally (Bank, Authorities, Audit). What you bring Professional A sound technical financial knowledge, especially in finance strategy, liquidity planning and refinancing. Experience in project and/or real estate financing; familiarity with non-profit housing construction is a plus. Understanding of ERP-supported reporting and data quality (ideally ABACUS). The willingness to contribute your qualities and expertise where there is a need and to expand your field of activity in the medium term. Hands-on mentality: You think strategically and tackle things operationally. You are comfortable with consent-based decision-making and shared responsibility.
