For one of our customers in the Spitex sector in the Canton of Thurgau, we are looking for an engaged and reliable Assistant Health and Social Affairs EBA / an engaged and reliable Assistant Health and Social Affairs EBA, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Supporting clients with care and supervision in their home environment
• Carrying out nursing activities within the scope of acquired competencies
• Support with personal hygiene, mobilization, and daily organization
• Promoting and maintaining the independence of the clients
• Observation of the state of health and passing on relevant changes to the nursing staff
• Professional documentation of the services provided according to operational specifications
• Support with household and daily activities
• Compliance with applicable hygiene, quality, and safety standards
• Cooperation with nursing professionals and other specialists

Your profile

• Completed training as Assistant Health and Social Affairs EBA
• Professional experience in Spitex or outpatient care is an advantage
• Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
• Joy in dealing with people and in working independently
• High social competence, teamwork skills, and empathy
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license category B
• Readiness for flexible working hours and weekend shifts
